Joy at Work
Marguerite has done an outstanding job working for us on a detailed customer service (delight) project for over 300 employees in the British Virgin Islands. She customized the training, learned our culture, applied interactive training techniques and helped to make our Customer Service higher than ever before, embedding it into the continuing practices of the group. Her enthusiasm is infectious and she took the time to personalize by learning people's names, occupations and job responsibilities. She worked with the management team on coaching to support the culture change through The Heart of Coaching.
