TAKE ONE ACTION
Decide on one new habit (just one) for the month of January and just do it – every day!
Make it simple! Some examples:
- Eat a salad every day;
- Tell one person each day that you appreciate them;
- Call one customer each day to find out how well you are serving them and what more you can do
- Meditate for 5 minutes each morning
- Write down 5 things for which you are grateful
- Clear out 1 drawer or shelf in your office and/or home each day
- Check your e-mail twice per day only
Make no excuses – just do it. Just that ONE thing, and just for this month. That is all.
And then watch what happens.
